I cannot sleep tonight

I lay here in the dark

Restless in this skin

I try to be present

But I never really am

    Make a tea of St. John’s wort and drink it warm before you go to sleep, also make a walk before, or make some body exercises, listen to music (no agressive music, rather classic music) – when I go to bed I always play with some wording games (scrabble) and when starting to think much, I easily get tired and fell asleep easily. Just try out many things what is best for you.
