My dear friend,
Do not blame yourself for not being able to control yourself – believe me, nearly the whole world cannot control their own mind – they are slaves to their mind. When the mind says: be angry at once they are angry, be happy, they also react and are happy – but the mind controls us in fact.
So I like your honesty, dear friend, to admit that you cannot control yourself – millions of other people hide this…
