Unconditional Love

And then there was this person there 

That didn’t leave my side 

He made mistakes sometimes he even lied 

But underneath it all he loved me 

This I saw in his eyes 

He is still here even though we live separate lives

And when he looks at me I see

That unconditional love has finally found me
