Most of us have been there, in that place. It’s a very vulnerable place. And yet, when we stop resisting it, and heal and reach out (because in that place, reaching out is the hardest thing – we don’t know where to start) life opens up to support us again. Noting these places is important too. It validates the experience to ourselves and helps other validate theirs. Thanks for sharing this.
