My dear friend,
Try to give a positive change into your life. Go out for walks in the beautiful nature, try to enjoy little things, the sun-rays that shines through trees, the water on the lake that comes with “music” ashore, the flight of birds high in the air, look at this all with thankfulness and happiness which will slowly fill your heart. When we are in the grip of darkness we hardly have the power of doing something, but once we take our courage to open our eyes for seeing the little things in our life, it will help us to see life from a different point of view. The key lies in doing something: walking, swimming, outdooring and even getting in contact with friends and people – for this all I wish success and regaining the perception of seeing the beauties in life (not just the dark clouds) – you will make it, my dear friend!
